Pawel graduated from the Warsaw University, faculty of Law and the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. He participated in an MBA Program, offered by the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Montreal. Pawel served as an expert to European Commission (EASME) in venture capital related matters. He holds over 18 years of professional experience in the field of execution of business management strategies (including CEO positions in publicly listed entities on Warsaw Stock Exchange and portfolio companies of Venture Capital/Private Equity funds) and strategic communications, related to IPO, M&A or market entries.
Pawel advised in numerous global projects in TMT, finance, infrastructure, biotechnology, e-commerce, mobility. Pawel currently serves as director at ANDERTON SICAV plc, an investment company, formed and advised by a group of skilled professionals with a broad range of expertise in the area of financial markets, having worked for BlackRock, HSBC Private Bank, GE Capital, JPMorgan & Alpha Value.
